Cofipro Software Installation Project – Rwandit Farmers Cooperative Society

Trovancy is currently undertaking the installation and implementation of the Cofipro Coffee Management Software at Rwandit Farmers Cooperative Society. The project is aimed at providing the cooperative with a reliable digital system for managing coffee collection, farmer records, deliveries, and other day-to-day coffee operations.

The installation involves setting up and configuring the Cofipro software to meet the operational requirements of the cooperative. The system is designed to help the cooperative maintain accurate farmer information, record coffee deliveries and quantities, manage collection activities, and provide easy access to important operational records.

Through the system, the cooperative can improve the accuracy and efficiency of data management while reducing reliance on manual record keeping. Coffee collection information can be captured digitally, making it easier to track farmer deliveries, monitor accumulated kilograms, retrieve records, and generate useful reports for management and decision-making.

The implementation also includes system configuration, user setup, data preparation, testing, and guidance to the cooperative staff on how to effectively use the platform in their daily operations.
